Default Other calendars

We have Outlook 2003 loaded on all our local workstations and Exchange server loaded on our server. We are able to share calendars and all works OK. However, whilst tinkering, I removed all but one entries to the other calendars (right click on the other calendar item and choose 'remove from other calendars'). I now want to restore these other calendars, but each time I open a shared calendar, it does not add it to the list of other calendars. When opened, the user name does not appear at the top of the calendar either. Is there a way I can restore calendars successfully to other calendars once removed?

Have you tried going to the Folder list and right click
the other users calender and select Add to Favorites.
I'm experience the same problem with the user name not
always appearing at the top of another's calender too.
Hopefully someone eles knows how to resolve this problem.

That problem occurs when you open the other user's mailbox as an alternate
mailbox in the Exchange Service. We used to have ours configured that
way so that secretaries could have links to their boss' calendars on the
Outlook bar. Now that we've moved to Outlook 2003 we remove the boss'
mailbox from the "Alternate Mailbox" list and use the "Open Shared Calendar"
link which does add the boss' calendar to the Other Calendars list and
does display the boss' name at the top of the calendar.

Thanks Denise. I can add to my calendars, but can't see how to add to favourites. This certainly gives me back a tick box option to view all our other users' calendars. Unfortunately, the name of each user doesn't appear on the calendar heading as it used to, same as yours by the sounds of it. Still I suppose I'm to be thankful for small mercies.

Thanks for your reply Ben.
We do have all our mailboxes shared and included as additional mailboxes. This was to enable us to view other users inboxes easily to check on incoming emails if they were away from their desk/the office. Are you saying that if we have mailboxes shared this way that this is stopping us adding the calendars of each shared mailbox user to the other calendars list?
Your comments (& help!) would be appreciated.
