UNDO Automatic add to contracts on reply
I am running Outlook 2002, and it's happening to me as well.
Driving me crazy trying to figure out how to undo it. I have sub-folders in my Contacts, and every time I delete all the contacts in the base folder, it fills up as I reply to people. So.... Evidence, I would assume. "Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Outlook does not do this. Provide evidence to the contrary. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "RICH" wrote in message ... "Tom Green" wrote: I recall an option that lets me automatically add the email address as a contact I am replying to. Or an I thinking of Outlook express? If so where is it? how do i UNDO the automatic adding of incoming emails to my address book right now it is adding and i do not want that thanks |

Hardly. As I said Outlook 2002 does not and cannot do this. You are running
some additional code than just Outlook. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "B J" wrote in message ... I am running Outlook 2002, and it's happening to me as well. I have looked at the mapilab.com website, and would pay $15 for this if it
works... but it appears to have gotten barely two stars from 840 votes... does anyone know what the problems are? Does the slipstick work better? Slipstick will have other add-ins that do the same so you can choose the one
that meets your needs the best. See http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/addauto.asp. Most, if not all, of the utilities have trials so you can test it out. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
