Run Report based on user specified dates
I have a database that has many reports the user can choose to run. Some of
the reports are designed to be sorted by date (i.e., date received, by quarter, by year, etc.). The users have requested that they get to choose the date range (specifically by quarter or the year) so that only those records show in the report. How do I go about doing this? Ideally, when the user chooses the report they wish to open, I would like a dialog box to open and ask them "What quarter do you wish to see?" or "What year to you wish to see?" -- ~Connie |

Run Report based on user specified dates
Connie
A perhaps more-flexible approach would be to create a form that lets the user select the report, and select the criteria. This way, you aren't subject to the whims and vagaries of how users enter their criteria. Regards Jeff Boyce Microsoft Office/Access MVP "Connie" wrote in message ...
