Okay, I have one more problem.

I have a log of subcontractors and for the most part it works perfect,
however, I have one subcontract who is working on 4 different parts of the
job and has 4 separate contracts. When I generate my report it give me
Danica with each separate contract number four times instead of once with
each contract number. How do I get it to show only one entry without
eliminating three of the contracts?

Without seeing your data and/or relationships, I can only suggest you use
subreports in the proper sections of your report with the proper link
master/child properties and correct main report record source.
