Default installing home and student on 3 different machines

i purchased a dell laptop including office home and student, when i try to
activate the office, on my 2 other computers i get the message that all my
licenses have been used. nevertheless i only have 3 computers so how can all
my licenses been used ??????

You read the EULA in Office on your Dell PC, if it states OEM version then I
believe you will find its only Licenced for that PC
A retail version of H&S is licensed for 3 pc's
