How do I download software other than the trial version

I bought 2007 Office student package and was using it since November until a
virus on my computer forced me to re-image and delete all my software and
files. I have the product key but not a disk. I can't figure out how to
download without buying the product again or downloading a trial version. I
did try downloading the trial version but I couldn't get past the
registrations phase as microsoft soft kept giving error message stating I was
missing infor required under asterisks, even though I did input the
information. Can anyone tell me how I go about re-downloading the software

Where did you purchase your copy from? Try there first.

I purchased on line from microsoft and that's where I'm having the trouble
trying to download from. I could try phoning microsoft during business hours
but I think they charge $50 for technical support. Any other ideas you can
think of?

If you bought it from Microsoft, then you probably were dealing with Digital
River who handles all of their downloads for software. You can read your
e-mail to get more specific information about customer service.
