Default cancel upgrade from office XP (2002) back to 2000

I just upgraded my office 2000 and office Xp (2002), and
encountered various problems. Ex, outlook contact list
can no longer be shared with outlook express, contact
lists with multip emails are separate contacts.

Is there an easy way to return cancel the upgrade and get
back to office 2000. Or would I have to export my
Outlook Contact list & folders, wipe out office Xp and
reinstall Office 2000 and import contact list & folders?

Thanks,
