Default RTF memo format problem

Hi, I'm using Access 2007 and am having a difficulty with the data entered
into my form that does not appear properly on the report. I have a memo
field, RTF in both form and report, and set the same width in the report and
form for the memo field, allowed the can grow property on both. Yet, when
using justifications , left, right, etc. What I create on the form does not
fit properly on the report.

If I remove some spaces I can come close but never to an acceptable level.

Looking for this type of layout on the report

Good Bold Bad Bold
Good Bold Bad Bold
Good Bold Bad Bold

What I get is this

Good Bold Bad
Bold
Good Bold Bad
Bold
Good Bad
Bold

If I remove some spaces between them rather than using the justification I get

Good Bold Bad Bold
Good Bold Bad Bold
Good Bold Bad Bold

Just not sure why what shows up on the form won't translate properly to the
report.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks,
Robin

Robin, with proportional space fonts, you can't use the spacebar to reliably
layout horizontal formatting. Remove ALL the spaces and try the Tab key.

Thanks for the response, unfortunately the tab key does not function inside
the Access 2007 memo field under Rich Text Format. This is part of the
problem, only spaces seem to be available.

Thanks,
Robin
