Default Business Contact Manager and SBS 2003

so what is the purpose of the Mircosoft article 831747?

It seems that numerous people are unable toget BCM to work in the same Outlook 2003 profile as Exchange - even if the profile has a POP3 aco**** or not.

has anyone managed to get BCM working in an profile with Exchange (SBS2003)?

If you are using BCM with Exchange on SBS then you need to install the
update referenced in the article.
