Default Public Contacts

I have copied my Contacts to a Public folder in order to
share them with others in our organization.

Now, is there a way to automatically synchronize between
my personal contacts and this public contacts folder after
I make additions to my original contacts?

This type of synchronization is not built into Outlook. See
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.htm for possible solutions.
