Convert Excel Table to Access Table
Repeat after me ... "Access is a relational database, Excel is a
spreadsheet." If you try to feed Access 'sheet data without normalizing it, you will not get much benefit from Access' relationally-oriented features/functions. If "well-normalized" and "relational" are not part of your experience/vocabulary, plan on a bit of a steep learning curve, as you need to get the data right first before you can move on to Access forms and reports. If you'd care to share your "number of reasons", the folks who frequent this newsgroup may be able to offer alternate approaches.
