The check marks on this site are not added by the MVP's. They are added by
the person asking the question. If they found the answer provided to be
helpful then they can Select "Yes" at the bottom where it asks "Was this post
helpful to you?". That adds the checkmark which is then attributed to the
person who supplied the answer. Based on the number of helpful posts given a
medal (gold, silver or bronze) may show up beside their name...

It seems you completely misunderstand the nature of the forum. Although MS
provides the server space, this forum is about users helping users.

from microsoft page:

"Special consideration for question posts
In addition to the "helpful" and "not helpful" ratings, when someone adds a
post to a question you asked, you can rate this post as "the answer" to your
question or "not the answer" to your question. By rating a post as “the
answer”, you help others find the answer more quickly (because the Ask a
Question wizard searches answered questions), you give the person who posted
the answer credit for their contribution, and you help increase the quality
of answers in the discussion group. When you rate a post as the answer (click
Yes next to Did this post answer the question?) the post is marked as an
“answer”, the Questions answered number for the person who authored the post
increases by one in their profile information, and the thread is marked as an
“answered question.”

When you rate a post as not the answer (click No next to Did this post
answer the question?), the post is not marked as an answer, the thread
remains a Question without answer thread (if there are no other posts marked
as an answer), and the author does not receive credit for answering the
question.

Notes

MVPs can also mark a reply post in a question thread as an answer (or not).
More than one post in a question thread can be marked as an answer to the
original question.

Surely you jest.

the succeeding microsoft Upgrades. I am not foolish to obtain any
suggestion
even they are CHECKED if these suggestions are not explained or
distinguished
precisely by microsoft help files considering the risk in the
future that I
may not able to use the old MS files, utilizing unexplained formula
structuring by the excel programmers himself or MS Support files.
I hope you can bother to give comments since excel's future is
based on the
present.
thanks for any clear and guaranteed reply..

It seems you completely misunderstand the nature of the forum.
Although MS
provides the server space, this forum is about users helping users.

I don't know of too many MVP's using the CDO interface so don't think they
are
doing much checking of replies.

see : https://mvp.support.microsoft.com/mvptechres
I've scanned thru the above site and found out the

Hence I suppose that all of checked suggestions are responsive and

You can also see from other page where the forum's page with rules of

I hope that everything is linked together, same with the basics of

My question is still unanswered, if 3rd party is not a part, then why
check
it ?
