Sharing Contacts Subfolders
We have recently purchased a small server and using Microsoft Small Business Edition of Office. PROBLEM: Now that we have an exchange server I can now see my colleague's contacts as I have full "owner" permission. However, I cannot see his subfolders, which is a real problem as we want to have separate folders for Clients, Other Business Contacts, and Personal Contacts. I have tried tinkering with all sorts of things and nothing seems to work. Can someone please HELP??!!

Sharing Contacts Subfolders
To access a shared folder that isn't one of the folders listed on the File |
Open | Other User's Folder dialog, the mailbox owner needs to grant Reviewer permission to the root of the mailbox, as well as appropriate permission on the folder. The user who needs access then goes into Tools | Services, brings up the properties for the Exchange Server service, and on the Advanced tab, adds the mailbox. After that, the user will see in the folder list all those folders in the secondary mailbox to which he/she has access and can add any of those folders to the Outlook Bar. Since this is someone else's folders that jrs was asking about, that's not
