Default see a sample breaking down a paragraph.to spreadsheet

I'm not sure what you're asking or what version of Word you need instructions
for, but I think this is what you want. Click, insert, text box on ribbon
(2007) or view, toolbars, drawing, and click text box button (=2003). Size
and position as desired. Type in your paragraph. Right click on it and
choose Format, text box or shape depending on Word version and set line or
border settings to out line as you wish.
