Default Format Time in the query result

Hi, All
I got help with this query, all credits to Duane Hookom, it works great.
In my table MarkTime field short time, but the query output return time in
different format (long time), where in the query i can Format() time to short?
Please, help

TRANSFORM First(t.MarkTime) AS FirstOfMarkTime
SELECT t.MarkDate, t.Location, t.Plate
FROM t
GROUP BY t.MarkDate, t.Location, t.Plate
PIVOT "MTime" & DCount("*","t","Location='" & [Location] & "' AND
MarkDate=#" & [MarkDate] & "# AND MarkTime =#" & [MarkTIme] & "#");

Try this --
TRANSFORM First(Format([MarkTime],"Short Time")) AS Expr2
SELECT t.MarkDate, t.Location, t.Plate
FROM t
GROUP BY t.MarkDate, t.Location, t.Plate
PIVOT "MTime" & DCount("*","t","Location='" & [Location] & "' AND
MarkDate=#" & [MarkDate] & "# AND MarkTime =#" & [MarkTIme] & "#");
