Export Network Inventory - Blank?

I have a Network Diagram with just Workstations, Servers,
Databases. I have added Custom properties to each object
(i.e. Manufacturer, Product Number, Product description,
etc.). When I use the Tools Menu - Export Network
Inventory, the xls or notepad output is always blank.

My help file is missing and I am having troubles with
locating the disks to get the help file. Can someone tell
me if my expectations of Export Network Inventory will
output this properties of my objects to any output file?
