Can I make a favorite folder shortcut to another persons contacts using Outlook2003 and Exchange 2003?
I am used to XP that let you create Icons for another users contacts and
calendar but can't figure it out in Outlook 2003 SP2. Thanks |

Only if you add their mailbox to your folder tree. (open the account
settings, click on more settings and add the additional mailbox on the second tab). -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Coauthor, OneNote 2003 for Windows (Visual QuickStart Guide) Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: "boe" wrote in message ... Can I make a favorite folder shortcut to another persons contacts using Outlook2003 and Exchange 2003?
Thanks,
I have them in my folder tree - however their contacts and calendar aren't listed when I have my favorites folder/mail view open. If I do GO folders view, it shows their calendar and contacts however then my favorites folder is gone so I can't create a shortcut. Strange that this was SOO much easier/intuitive in XP. I honestly can't figure this out with 2003. "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote in message ... Only if you add their mailbox to your folder tree. Diane have you gotten a chance to test this further?
