can I mass import addresses from a word document?
would like it to be easier to find what I am looking for without scrolling
through the Word document. is there a way to do it with out copy and pasting

Unclear from your description what you need to do. Try again.
If you want to import names and addresses, create a file type that Outlook can import. If you don't know, look at the Import Wizard to see your choices. Q. Can you import directly from a word doc? A. No Q. Can you save the word doc as a text file? A. Yes Q. Can that text file be used as an import data file for importing? A.
