can I mass import addresses from a word document?

Default can I mass import addresses from a word document?

would like it to be easier to find what I am looking for without scrolling
through the Word document. is there a way to do it with out copy and pasting

Unclear from your description what you need to do. Try again.
If you want to import names and addresses, create a file type that Outlook
can import. If you don't know, look at the Import Wizard to see your
choices. File Import and Export...

Will answer your question this way.......

Q. Can you import directly from a word doc?
A. No

Q. Can you save the word doc as a text file?
A. Yes

Q. Can that text file be used as an import data file for importing?
A. Maybe
Depends if the structure and format conform to what a CSV or
tab delimited file should be taking into account all the various
things that would need to be handled if present (i.e. commas
in the field data etc)
