Can I make Global Address Book appear in contacts?
I'm looking to either make the Global Adress book appear in everyones
contacts list (either in their own contacts folder or in a new public folder). Alternatively if that isnt' possible could I create a public contacts that is defaulted to be selected when you send an email. As of now the GAB is great for sending email but i'd like users to see it in thier contacts so that they can access internal company phone numbers and the like quickly. I know you can download the GAB into contacts but this doesn't update when a change is made to the GAB. Thanks for any thoughts, Andy |
