Default Can I manage addresses in autocomplete so I may add to contacts?

I have a user that wants to access all the info in Autocomplete so he can add
the ones he wants to his contacts. I know he can open up an email and in "TO"
section, type in a few letters to bring up some of them, but is there a way
to view them all?
