Default Accidentally removed data file from account settings in Outlook

I was trying to clean up emails and we had like 4 data files. I removed one
after copying the emails from Personal Folders to another folder in Personal
Folders 2. I didn't realize that I would also be removing our contacts and
notes. Please tell me there is hope!

How do I retrieve it back?

Thank you!

If you removed it using File, Close use File, Open Outlook Data file and
find it.
