Default URGENT: stopping recall failure notices

has anyone figured this out yet? I too have this same problem!

What was the solution? I'm having the same problem, different day.

Failure notices every 20-30 minutes. This has been going on for a
couple of days. The recipient told me he had already read the message
and when the recall came through he clicked "cancel."
The recipient's email client is now down and his IT department
evidently still can't figure out what to do. I'm using Outlook 2002
on a stand-alone PC at home. He's on a company network. Any ideas how
we can clear this up? *

does it stop if you use a new pst? File, new, outlook data store to create
one, then tools, accounts, change email accounts and select the new store as
the default delivery location.
