Default Tasks - No Dates or Times

Hi all,
I like to use the Weekly Calendar view in Outlook 2007 to manage my
tasks
I create Tasks in the Task Area and and then Drag them to the day and
time or order I plan to do them in
Problem is, they keep updating dates/time as I move them around
Most of my tasks are not so restrictive as long as I complete them w/i
a day/week/mo
Is there a way to disable all of this date/time stuff uless I
sepcifically want it on for an appointment/meeting that is date/time
sensitive?

Many thanks
w
