Default Nested Tables and Corruption

Is it still not advisable to have nested tables in a Word document in order
to avoid corruption? Our users, in the legal field, deal with corrupted Word
files often. We want to send them tips about how to avoid corrupting your
own files. Some Corruption primers said years ago that you should avoid
nested tables, but we want to know if this is not outdated advice meant for
users of Word 97.

Just wanted to say that I was doing a search prior to posting and it never
ceases to amaze me the amount of valuable information we get here. Keep up
the excellent work.
