A new mail message window does not open when you click a mailto
A new mail message window does not open when you click a mailto link on a Web
page on windows-2000 and Outlook-2000 When I click on mailto link following error message I am getting "This operation could not be performed because default mail client is not installed properly" If anyone knows solution please let me know. Kind Regards, Mahesha

A new mail message window does not open when you click a mailto
Make sure Outlook is set as the default mail application in Control Panel-

Hi,Thanks for your response,Yes I checked all settings are ok.but problem is
if I add some users to local administrator group they can able to get new mail message window,Since we security issue I cant add all users to local administrator group.
