Default "where message body contains" could be better

When I use "where message body contains" to filter emails, it often misses
some emails, even though the text is clearly there. If I look in the "message
source" there are all kinds of things there that could be used to filter out
spam, but they don't work in "where message body contains".

I think it has to do with the "boundary=" that appears in the "message
source". I don't think Outlook is scanning past these "boudaries".

What would be useful is to be able to make it scan the entire "message
body", or even the entire email.

Rules that react to strings ni the message body work well only on Plain Text
messages.
