Depends on what you actually buy. Some online vendors offer OEM
versions of Office 2003, which can be installed on only one computer. Retail versions of most Office 2003 editions can be installed on one desktop and one laptop owned by the same person as long as both are not used at the same time. If you qualify for Office 2003 Students and Teachers Edition, it can be installed on up to three computers. You can read the End User License Agreements that apply to retail versions of various Office 2003 editions at http://www.microsoft.com/office/eula/en.mspx . Thanks.
computer. Retail versions of most Office 2003 editions can be installed on one desktop and one laptop owned by the same person as long as both are not used at the same time. My problem is that I do not own a laptop but two desktop computers (home and office). Can I install a retail version on two desktop comptuers? If not, I am forced to stick to 97Office suite for a while. Craig "garfield-n-odie" wrote in message ... Depends on what you actually buy. Technically, probably, legally, no. That would make it pirated
unless you have a retail version which can live on a desktop and a laptop at the same time, you own both, and only use one at a time. REad the EULA and you'll see what I'm talking about.
