"Mr B" wrote in message
...
| Have a user that when he clicks on a message in his inbox and begins to
Drag
| it to a folder, he immediately crashes with the:
| "An OLE registration error occurred. The program is not correctnyl
| installed. Ren Setup again for the program"
|
| We're already reimaged his entire laptop and he said it was working for a
| while and then died. He was getting this before the reimage, and now
again a
| couple days later.
|
| He also cannot do any dragging of icons or files in windows explorer
either
| so not sure if it's a virus but SYmantec didn't find anything and that
should
| have gone away with a reimage.
|
| Any idea on what might be causing this to occur?
