Default Rules Wizard Safe List @domain problem.

I have created a handfull of rules - a few to route incoming mail and the
majority to filter spam.

I have tried to create a safe/friends rule that is the first one to run. It
basically says that if an incoming mail is from someone on the list, stop
processing more rules - which simply leaves the message in the inbox.

The problem comes when trying to add to the list of safe addresses. The Rule
Address dialog box wants me to select a name from the address list. If I want
to include a name not in the list, I can type in the emailname@domain in the
"specify the address of the sender:" window. However, if I type in just a
domain - @domain - and click OK, the Check Names dialog box opens and says
Outlook does not recognize ". This is always the first @domain
entry in the list. If I remove it, I get the same error for the new first
@domain in the list.

I want to have the @domain.com in my safe list so that I will get mail from
anyone at that domain without having to enter the entire companies address
list.

The Check Names dialog gives me a choice of Create a new address or Change
to. Change to just reloads the first dialog box and wants me to select from
names in my current address list. The create new choice asks if I want to
create a new Contact or New distribution list. The New Contact just opens the
Outlook contact dialog box. I don't really want to have a bunch of bogus
contacts with no info and just a domain name.

Is there a better way to achieve what I want? Or am I doing something wrong
in my approach?

Thanks in advance.
