In what context did you encounter that word ?
Why should it exist in Visio ?

Do you mean fragment?
Type "fragment" into the help line in Visio.

It's available from the menu Shape - Operations

What kind of keyboard do you have ?
Such a typing error is not possible in azerty, qwerty, neither in morse.
Or do you follow an oral or handwritten Visio course ?
