Default a hotmail account in Outlook does not work, does anyone know why?

Hello, I have recently started using Outlook instead of Outlook Express. I
like it much better than OE. I have this problem though. I have four Outlook
Express 6.0 emails that I have had for many years. One of them just will not
work. I have changed the password on this account 4 times, thinking this was
the problem. My ISP just will not download anything for this account. It
keeps saying that it has a bad password, or that the account is not
recognized by the provider. What gives with this? I really need this account
in Outlook. I can go to the internet and get it under hotmail, no problem.
Why doesn't it work in Outlook? Any information would be very much
appreciated and thank you.
Help and Thank you

This account isn't a Hotmail account type then?

Yes it is a Hotmail account. It is an HTTP
account. I just assumed that it was my ISP that isn't allowing the emails for
this account. The other three hotmail accounts all work fine.
