Outlook 2007 won't initialize. Worked several months ago.
Hello all,
Outlook 2007 won't initialize. By choosing the search for online solution, there is a second or two pause then nothing. Not even getting to Microsoft. Internet connection is fully functional. The Details are below. Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: OUTLOOK.EXE Application Version: 12.0.6504.5000 Application Timestamp: 49e7f47e Fault Module Name: StackHash_8b0e Fault Module Version: 6.0.6002.18005 Fault Module Timestamp: 49e03821 Exception Code: c0000374 Exception Offset: 000afaf8 OS Version: 6.0.6002.2.2.0.768.3 Locale ID: 4105 Additional Information 1: 8b0e Additional Information 2: 0e58fe7fb8f3a0476cfb7510db34a142 Additional Information 3: ba40 Additional Information 4: 5f11401b107380bf7d7d0731b1fdfe37 It was working on this laptop computer 6 or 8 months ago, but has not been needed since then. Now it is needed and won't go. Any guidance out there? Cheers ! |

Which mail account type are you using?
Does it work in Outlook Safe Mode?
