Header Margin
WP document with two columns of data generated with Tabs. These columns of
data appear in the right half of the page. Word imports the file and places the two columns of data into word columns using a margin adjustment to position the two columns on the right side of the page. There are section breaks (continuous) before and after the two column area to leave and return to a single column with the full-page margins. If the two column area crosses page boundaries, the header and footer on the second page utilizes the column margin not the full page one. How can I set the header/footer margin to full width without affecting the cross page column margin? |

Sorry for the second post. Got a "server error" on the first one and message
said to send again later...so I did! "joe925c" wrote: WP document with two columns of data generated with Tabs. These columns of data appear in the right half of the page. Header Margin
You're not the only one. There are multiple posts all over the NGs lately
because *everybody* is getting these error messages (erroneously). -- Suzanne S. Header Margin
You could change the indents for paragraphs in the header so the positions
match the main header and footer. Or try putting the two columns into a table (which, if necessary, could be given a negative indent) and retain the margins of the main document.
