move shapes with arrow key
I cann't move shapes with arrow key in Visio 2003. the arrow key will only
move the page up and down, but not the shpaes. How to fix this problems? thx

Try turning off Scroll Lock.

Do you know where Scroll Lock is located on the Menu Bar?
