Default JavaScript Won't Change & Other Problems...

I'm having problems with my IE. I just bought a new Dell E-510 and I have
Windows XP. I notice I have 2 seperate Messenger Icons in my task bar...
which is strange. My IE keeps locking up but my MSN/Verizon IE works ok for
a while. When I play MSN games online my browser shuts down or freezes up.
Then, when I try and view videos on www.youtube.com it says my Javascript is
OFF or I need a newer version of Macromedia Flash Player. I have the latest
version and when I change my Javascript to "enable" it still does not allow
me to view videos... gives me the same message. I've run every spyware,
virus scan, housecall, etc and nothing was found on my computer... what do I
do?

You'd be better posting your query in a group for IE, this one is for
Outlook Express.
