How do I display appt duration in a monthly calendar (printed)?
I'd like to include the duration of an appointment, especially in a printed
monthly calendar. I'm using Outlook to track time for a timesheet. |

I don't think there's any way to do this with Outlook's built in print
styles. You might want to take a look at some free Word templates that use your Outlook calendar data to create a calendar in Word, which you can then customize to your liking. I personally use "My Outlook Calendar" and it puts the start and end dates on the page. Thanks Jocelyn - I've never done this before, so can you provide some
guidance on how to get the data from Outlook to the Word template? I'm missing what's supposed to happen in-between. --Susan "Jocelyn Fiorello [MVP - Outlook]" wrote: I don't think there's any way to do this with Outlook's built in print styles. OK - it turns out my security setting for macros was too high to use the
template. It seems like a good idea, but I still haven't figured out how to print the duration rather than the start and end times. I'll keep poking around. Thanks for the help! --Susan "Jocelyn Fiorello [MVP - Outlook]" wrote: I don't think there's any way to do this with Outlook's built in print styles.
