Diagram re-arranged upon re-opening file

Default Diagram re-arranged upon re-opening file

Using the cross-functional horizontal: shapes and connectors are placed with
no problem and the file saved. Upon re-opening, all the shapes are at the
bottom of the chart. Help!

Make sure you have installed the latest service packs for your version of
Visio. I believe this issue has been corrected.
