Default Microsoft Equation 3.0

Hi,

I have Windows XP on my labtop, and I'm having troubles finding the
Microsoft Equation 3.0.
It's a math program, which makes the math layout very nice and correct. Can
anyone help me? I don't know if it ecxists for the XP version, but I don't
mind changing system if it nesessary....
