Suddenly everything disappeared from the desktop and only the wallpaper
remained How can I get the startbutton and the icons back?

Wrong place to post your question really being the Access Database forum, but
try this? Right click on your desktop area. Select "show desktop icons" Hope this helps???? -- Advice to Posters. Check your post for replies or request for more information. Consider providing some feed back to the response you have recieved.
