won't install office 2003 sp2

I'm running Windows Xp Sp2 And office 2000 .
I downloaded office 2003 sp2 and i cant install it on my Computer.
It says that : the expected version was not found on your system;

Maybe I need to install Office 2003 sp1 and than office sp2

You state you are running *Office 2000*. Yet your trying to install
Service Pack 2 for "*OFFICE 2003*".

Not to sound condescending, but seriously, read that again.

If you don't get it. Read it slower.


If all that fails, turn off your PC. Unplug it from the wall. Box it
up and ship it back to the company.
