In your Customized Numbered List dialog box (Format , Bullets and
Numbering, Customize) set the Number Position to be Right instead of the default of Left. If you want your 10 and 11 to have their "1's" line up on the margin, then the setting for Number Position Aligned At is most likely going to be 0.2" if you are using Times New Roman 12pt. -- Dawn Crosier Microsoft MVP "Education Lasts a Lifetime" This message is posted to a newsgroup.
