Default Pivot Table operation is different

Why is it that the first pivottable I created allows me to drag fields from
the "PivotTable Field List " window directly to the spreadsheet diagram of a
pivot table, and place them there, while on my second machine, I can only
create the columns, values, rows, filters in the "PivotTable Field List
"window"? I have to change the columns in the window on the second sheet,
instead of right on the spreadsheet with the first.

Did I change a setting somewhere that I need to adjust?

Right-click the pivot table, then click PivotTable Options
In the PivotTable Options dialog box, click the Display tab
Add a check mark to Classic PivotTable layout
Click OK
