Default modifying pleading paper template

How do I create my own pleading paper with a right margin of .5"? On the 28
line pleading paper template, I want to move the right vertical line over to
..5" and you can't do it. Can you modify this template? Or, how do I make my
own pleading paper with my margins?

If this template is the standard one, the line is just a drawing line
anchored to the header. See
