Default Updatable Calander

Hi All,

I am trying to find a calander to use in a 2007 DB, I have been going
through the posts and have tried to open several available samples such as
Steve Lebans but I cannot open them in Access 2007, getting error message
stating that they are write protected therefore cannot convert.

Is there a way around this or is there other samples forAccess 2007.

My aim is to have a calander that will display in week or month view and
also have the ability to click on an appointment and bring up the
"Customers_EditFrm" to change date ,time etc. The reason that I need this
function is that I recieve my up coming appointments via a web portal with a
tentative appointment date of approx 21 days, once I have recieved the
equipment to install for the appointment I can then allocate date and times
by making the changes in the "Customers_EditFrm" I also update various other
tables and reports.

I believe that this could only be done in a form because you cannot put a
command button in a report.

I was hoping to find an existing sample to modify.

Any help is appreciated

Have a look at the Flex Grid Appointment-Bookings Demo at :-

http://www.rogersaccesslibrary.com/f...3b 1d2zcccfb4

You will need to write a fair bit of VBA code to do this and you will
probably need to download the Flex Grid Demo program on the same page
for more information on using the FlexGrid control.

If they are all coming up as write protected it is likely that you are
trying to open the dbs from the Zip file. You need to extract them from the
zip file and then open them with Access.
