NO CARRIAGE RETURN
When I open create a new email and starts typing, the letters continue across
the screen and does not carriage return down to the next line automatically. its all just one really really long line. How do I fix this? Please help |

What version of Outlook are you using? If it's pre-2007, are you using Word

Thanks for your reply. Found the tab and it's set for word wrap at the default of 76 characters...but it doesn't work. Just to try it out, I lowered it to the minumum 30 and it still doesn't apply.
