Default Excel 2007 - Add straight line to chart

How would I go about adding a horizontal line to a chart.

I am trying to make a line chart and need to place a horizontal line at 80%
across the entire chart. How can I do this?

Insert / Illustrations group / Shapes / Line - draw across at 80% mark.

If my comments have helped please hit Yes.

Thanks.
