outlook says I am sending 1 of 27 messages;I am not;reset how ?

Outlook tells me I am sending 1 of 27 messages, when I am actually sending
none. How can I reset this so that it only tells me the correct number of
messages being sent, ( if any ) when I click on send/receive ?

Version of Outlook? How many accounts are in your profile? What type of
email account do you have? if you think it might be read receipts, see
