Default Upgrade install help for new computer w/o original cd

Hi,
Our office is finally going to replace a Windows 98 machine with a new XP
machine! Wooo!

Issue/problem is that we plan to upgrade to Office 2003 on the new computer
from Office XP on the old one. Unfortunately, we can't locate the original
MS Office CD's nor our Office XP upgrade CD's.

We want to purchase an office 2003 upgrade and install it on the new
machine. However, if I buy the upgrade how can I install it without the
previous version CD's?

Can I export a registration key and move it to the new machine or something
like that?

Or, can/should I somehow get a replacement full install MS Office
replacement CD?

Any tips or suggestions?

Thnaks,

JV

You cannot, the upgrade cd is part of the licence for the new upgrade.
If you've lost the cd's doubtless you've lost proof of purchase, which means
you will be unlikely to get replacement media from MS.
You could of course purchase the media required
