Problem in installing Business Contact Manager

Problem in Installing Business Contact Manager receiving error message
Product: Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2003 - Setup failed to
configure the server. Refer to the server error logs and setup error logs
for more information.

ARe you using Exchange as the mail server? If yes, BCM will not install
with Exchange in the profile except for Small Business Server.

Does the error read as follows " Unable to install Business Contact Manager.
Error during installation "Setup failed to configure the server. Refer to
the
server log error log for more information."

It is most likely your SQL server the error is referring to



This sounds like a issue with the SQL Server during the
installation of your BCM.
