Default limit the amount of copies to print from Office 2003

I'm an IS Manager at a small hotel and I have a problem that I don't have an
answer for. We have a business center that contains 4 new computers an HP
printer and a copier/fax machine. We would like to limit the amount of
copies that can be printed from office at any given time. In other words,
don't give the guest the option of printing more than one copy of any office
document at a time . The reason for this is that we would prefer the guest
use our copier because we have a way of tracking usage for the copier and
charging for that usage. Any help would be appreciated.

It's not a setting you'd normally run from the Office apps.
You could create macros in each of the apps and remove the
File=Print command from the menus so that clicking the
print icon would be the only way to print and set that to
a single copy, but it wouldn't keep someone from clicking
it 2 dozen times.

You may want to look at sending things to a controlled
print server as another option.
